WE DO NOT RETAIL PARTS UNFITTED TO OUR CUSTOMERS' LEISURE VEHICLES. IE WE ONLY SUPPLY PARTS WITH FITTING.
FROM 1ST MARCH 2018, FOR INSURANCE ESTIMATES WHICH WE ARE WILLING TO CONSIDER, WE WILL BE CHARGING AN UPFRONT FLAT FEE OF £90 FOR THE ADMINISTRATION, PAYABLE IN ADVANCE BY THE REQUESTING CUSTOMER. WHERE A VISIT IS REQUIRED TO INSPECT THE VEHCILE FOR ESTIMATION, TRAVEL TIME AND TRAVEL LABOUR WILL BE ADDITIONAL TO THE ABOVE ADMINISTRATION FEE AND PAYABLE BY THE CUSTOMER IN ADVANCE.
ALL PARTS REMOVED FROM A VEHCILE AS PART OF AN INSURANCE REPAIR, REMAIN THE PROPERTY OF THE INSURANCE COMPANY AND WILL BE RETAINED BY OUR COMPANY OR RETURNED BY OUR COMPANY FOR INSPECTION BY THE INSURANCE COMPANY.
WHEN PROCESSING INSURANCE ESTIMATES WE CANNOT IN ANY WAY GUARANTEE TIMESCALES FOR PROCESSING IN BUSY PERIODS OF THE YEAR.
WE DO NOT SUBCONTRACT MANAGE PARTS RECONDITIONING FOR INSURANCE CLAIMS.
PRODUCT WARRANTY CLAIMS:
FOR PRODUCT MANUFACTURER WARRANTY CLAIMS, WE ARE UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO PROCESS A CUSTOMER CLAIM. WHEN A CLAIM IS PROCESSED, WE CANNOT IN ANY WAY GUARANTEE TIMESCALES FOR PROCESSING IN BUSY PERIODS OF THE YEAR. IN ADDITION TO THIS, A BOOKING FOR THE REPAIR WILL NOT BE MADE UNTIL THE PARTS FOR THE CLAIM REPAIR HAVE BEEN DELIVERED TO US BY THE MANUFACTURER. FROM 1ST MARCH 2018, WE WILL CHARGE AN ADMININSTATION FEE OF £40 PAYABLE BY THE CUSTOMER IN ADVANCE TO RAISE A WARRANTY CLAIM. PLEASE ALSO NOTE THAT A CALLOUT FEE PAYABLE BY THE CUSTOMER IN ADVANCE MAY ALSO APPLY, IF THE PRODUCT MANUFACTURER DOES NOT HONOUR THIS COST IN THEIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
FOR INSTALLATION ESTIMATES WHERE THE INSTALLATION REQUIRES DETAILED MEASUREMENTS OF THE LEISURE VEHICLE FOR ACCURATE PRODUCT SUPPLY AND THE CUSTOMER CANNOT PROVIDE THE REQUIRED DETAILED MEASUREMENTS, A CHARGEABLE CALL OUT WILL BE REQUIRED. THE CALLOUT CHARGE WILL BE PAYABLE IN ADVANCE.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL AND REBOOK ANY APPOINTMENT UP TO 2 HOURS IN ADVANCE, IF WE DEEM THE WEATHER CONDITIONS NON CONJUCIVE TO A SAFE, EFFECTIVE AND EFFICIENT WORKING ENVIRONMENT (EG WIND FORCE, RAIN FALL OR EXCESSIVELY LOW TEMPERATURES) OR IMMEDIATELY IF WE BECOME AWARE OF INADEQUATE/POOR POSITIONING OF THE VEHICLE. THIS ALSO EXTENDS TO INCLUDE STORAGE YARD CLOSURE/RESTRICTIONS.
