Parts
We only fit type approved parts which we supply, we do not fit parts supplied directly or indirectly by the customer.
We do not retail parts for sale.
Parts are only supplied as result of a paid diagnostics investigation for repair, agreed installation or parts kit required for one of our standard service options.
We do not accept speculative parts set requests from the customer prior to a diagnostics investigation.
We do not offer a consultancy service for any form of customer DIY service, repairs or installations.
Special parts orders will require full payment in advance and are all non refundable.
All parts supplied are subject to availability.
Replaceable refillable gas tank hosing is not provided or fitted.
Service requirements
For vehicle services which include axle work, where fitted, vehicle locks are required to be removed before works and refitted by the customer after works.
The vehicle presented for works must be pre-positioned such that reasonable access (approximately 1 metre) is available around the whole of the vehicle, the ground on which it is standing is reasonably firm/level (not waterlogged) and that there is good access for the mobile workshop vehicle itself to be parked in close proximity (ie within 5 metres).
No entry to the leisure vehicle should be made by the customer while works are in progress.
Annual safety services do not include appliance servicing.
We do not cover rented/hired vehicle, domestic dwelling and marine LPG works.
Bookings
Deposits:
Payment deposit by BACs may be required for long distance bookings.
We do not normally require a deposit for bookings.
Cancellations:
Bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the appointment time without charge, after which full payment will be chargeable and payment will be collected in person on the day of the service booking.
If we are notified of cancellation more than 24 hours in advance of your booking, rebooking is possible and we will do our best to rearrange your booking.
We reserve the right to cancel and rebook any appointment up to 2 hours in advance if we deem the weather conditions non conducive to a safe, effective and efficient working environment.
We reserve the right to cancel an appointment on arrival if the presented vehicle for works has inadequate levelling, excessively soft standing, poor peripheral access or restricted service vehicle access. The customer will be charged in full for the booking even though the works may only be partially achievable.
Warranty
Parts :
Depending on the manufacturer, we may offer product warranty processing but will it be at our discretion and additional charges will apply for travel, chargeable in advance.
Labour :
We provide a 6 month workmanship guarantee. Charges will apply for travel.
Estimates
Installation estimates are chargeable for admin and will also include a callout charge for evaluation which is chargeable in advance.
